ATHLETES FOOT

Otherwise known as tinea pedis, athlete’s foot is the common name given to a type of fungal infection that occurs in between your toes and can spread outwards to other areas of the foot. This is by far one of the most common foot issues around, among both men and women, athlete or not!

Generally, athlete’s foot occurs as a result of having overly sweaty feet, confined by socks and/or overly tight-fitting shoes. If you are having issues with your feet, please don’t hesitate to come in for a consultation.
